[Procedure for Regular Membership Enrollment]

1. Submit the Membership Application Form
   (Download the form from the official website and submit it via email: phlegmmass@gmail.com or by fax: 02-552-0417)

2. Pay the Membership Fee
   Transfer a total of KRW 130,000 (KRW 100,000 for the admission fee + KRW 30,000 for the annual membership fee) to the following account:

   After remittance, please send a confirmation text message to 010-3494-0410
